Tesla Austin-Pond Springs is located at 12845 Research Boulevard. Cunningham-Allen worked with Levy Architects on the 25,000+ square foot car dealership. There was an existing building on site that needed to be demolished. Also, site utilities had to be relocated.

The demo of the existing building and relocation of site utilities ended up being challenging. These challenges involved the design of the stormwater management ponds. The ponds needed to be in a restricted area on the site. Cunningham-Allen was able to find the right pond location and saved several trees on the site.
