ShopLC is building its new national headquarters on N. Bell Boulevard in Cedar Park, TX. The building will be over 200,000 square feet on 28 acres.

Cunningham-Allen will be providing the Civil Engineering services for the development. Fuse Architecture Studio is the architect for the development.

The goal of the development is the completion of a LEED-certified building. The site has heritage trees that will be saved. The site is located over the Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone, requiring special care when designing how water and wastewater is handled. ShopLC wants rain harvested for irrigation and non-potable water use.

The development will need Cunningham-Allen to get permits from the City of Cedar Park, TxDOT and TCEQ.
