The McShane Companies is the developer of the Callista Hill Country Apartments, a 276-unit apartment development located on a 45-acre site along Highway 71 in southwest Austin, Texas.

The luxury rental complex was constructed from native stone, stucco and wood elements and is comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom units from 600 to 1,300 square feet. Additional amenities include a fully-featured clubhouse with a generous outdoor pool area and lush landscaping throughout the property.

CAI provided surveying, civil engineering and development processing services consisting of site planning, grading, utility design, on site water quality and detention facilities. The site was maximized in a way to ensure that the area preserved was natural and symbiotic to its neighbors. In the end, the developer has constructed state of the art Apartment Complex on a beautiful hill country site with breathtaking hill country views and a peak at the Austin skyline.
